Suggestions for improvement

The questions are great, but when I ask for a rationale the app freezes for days. I have not been able to use the app as much as I would like to due to the multiple times I have encountered freezing. Once this significant issue is fixed I am sure it will be an app I will be happy to use again. Thank you.
