Love this app. It has everything you need for care planning with rationales. I also love the NCLEX review questions. Perfect for on the go in work and school. Totally worth the $4.99 and your $$$ supports nursing education!!! Keep up the good work and thank you for making life easier!

What a waste! I got this app to aide in the rest of my rotations (pedi/OB and med surgeII). The only care plans to work was the general. Anytime I chose pediatrics or maternal the wrong care plans come up! I tried refreshing, but nothing works and I cannot get to my intended care plans...

But now wont load any care plans...can I get refund please.

Not all care plans are available. Each content has additional charges. And correct care plans doesnt correspond to their title. I deleted this app bc its such a waste of space and $ on my phone. Do not purchase.

Unfortunately, you have to pay for most of the information.

I just started a nursing program, and the care plans are by far going to my biggest challenge. This app looks to be a very good resource to writing my care plans. One note to the developer, on your next update, could you make the app work in landscape mode for the Ipad. Other than that its great so far. Four stars for the ipad landscape not working.

A couple plans are offered. But most you have to pay for. Im not paying per plan. I would rather it be a paid app.

I paid $5 for this stupid app thinking it unlocked everything... Wrong! It only unlocks a couple of plans. Not worth $5....rip-off!

I use this for my nursing fundamentals class. It helps a great deal with figuring out NANDAS for clinicals and the concept maps. The only item since the update is that the quiz notification no longer takes me to the daily nclex question (which are great.) Thats the only item that needs fixing so far.

The questions are very helpful. I am unable to open the daily questions since Apple updated and I miss them!

This app is great for care plans but I wish all diagnosis were NANDA diagnosis. Or maybe add NANDA above each page like the picture shows on the App Store. I bought it and it still doesnt show the NANDA diagnosis.

I have used this app for a couple of years, first as a nursing student and now as an RN. The app allows me to find diagnoses when the canned options in my EMR dont quite fit. HOWEVER, the actual search function does not, and has never worked properly. If you try to do a search, it will give you options to choose from, but when you choose one, it simply goes to page 1. 5-stars if this were working.

As a nursing student I really like this app but would really like to know where the sourcing comes from. Tried looking in app and App Store with no luck. Would be more helpful if I could reference this.

You start the test click on rationale and it wants to charge you:(. Anything you click on it wants to charge. Dont waste your time. Good luck on NCLEX!! :)

It has no correct nursing diagnoses by NANDA so not accepted by your teachers! You can use it for actions and rationale though.

The rationales dont work properly. There are very few Care Plans and the ones there are, are lousy and not NANDA. As a nurse I can tell you this is a complete ripoff and dont waste your $6!

Use the free apps! Theres no difference when you buy it! Regret of buying it!!!

May have great information but have to purchase to use different sites once youve dld the FREE app. Misleading!!

Dont bother downloading if you arent looking to spend $5.99 to view the care plans

I am a BSN nursing student who had to review an app for nurses, And this is the one I chose. This is a good app for the free stuff, however do not pay for an upgrade because it does not work very well after looking at the sites complaints. Furthermore, after reviewing the Internet, the better business bureau states that this company is no longer in business. Just as a heads up to those who chose to pay for this product. You will not be able to get your money back or get technical support.
